Sweet corn
INGREDIENTS
1 corn 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD Using a sharp knife , cut corn kernels off the cob
Add corn and butter to a small pan and saute over medium heat until corn becomes bright yellow
Add honey , salt and pepper . Saute Remove from heat and serve
Roasted vegetables
INGREDIENTS 1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower 1 christophine
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD Wash and cut vegetables into desired size Season with salt and pepper Place in oven and allow to cook Serve
