Perry C . Douglas was born in Mt . Rose , St . Patrick ’ s , Grenada . He grew up in Montreal , Canada and graduated from McGill University with , BA in 1991 . Perry went on to work in the investment industry with RBC ( Royal Bank ) Dominion Securities ; AIC Mutual Funds with billionaire Investor Michael Lee-Chin . He then moved on to Swiss banking giant — UBS Investment Management , where he was Director , Head of the KeyClient division . In 2008 , Perry was voted # 1 Advisor in Canada — All Factor Rankings at UBS .
Since 2009 , Perry has gone on to become an entrepreneur and runs his own firm , Douglas Blackwell Inc .
