BILLET ROCKER ASSEMBLY
Black Label manufactures many rocker arm components in house with the latest CNC technology, and the finest quality materials used to ensure the highest performance and reliability. Our billet 7075-T6 Chrysler-Hemi rocker stands are used on practically every Top Fuel dragster in NHRA today, due to their vastly improved strength and rigidity. A major improvement in both valve train reliability and ease of service is provided by our one piece“ rocker mounting girdles.”
The Blacklabel forged, heat treated steel bodies have been designed using the latest FEA software and were bench tested with nose roller loads of up to 10,000psi. Polish finished and coated to resist corrosion that is inherent with Nitro Methane. The exhaust rocker features a solid nose roller to handle the immense cylinder pressures of an 8000hp engine. As with all of our rockers, various ratios are available.
