YOUNG LADIES ROARING
IN EXCELLENCE
DURHAM, NC - On April 13th 2014, The
Youth Section of the National Council of
Negro Women (Durham Chapter) held a
Mother-Daughter Tea themed “Join us Girls
in Your Diamonds and Pearls,” where the
young ladies roared in excellence as they
honored their mothers. The young ladies,
ages 12-18, roared in excellence as they
honored their mothers and showered them
in love through song, dance, poetry and
