Customer service We actively listen to our customers and are flexible , adapting to their needs . In addition to our standard range of over 3,000 products , many of which are available promptly from stock , we are experienced in the supply of hard-to-find products .
Quality With our ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and GDP accreditations , we uphold QA throughout every process and service , while consistently aiming for improvement . This is underpinned by our QC lab , where we employ the main analytical techniques : HPLC , IR , UV- Vis , Karl Fischer , atomic absorption , titration and more .
These combined QA and QC capabilities ensure that customers receive exactly what they expect . Where needed , we adapt to specific customer quality requirements , developing tailored specifications to provide bespoke grades that might differ from the standard monographs .
Looking ahead The construction of a new 3,500 m 2 facility outside of Barcelona is under way . This will prominently feature R & D for innovation , reflecting our commitment to the optimisation of new products . Additionally , the facility will host production , QC labs , kilo labs , offices and a warehouse . Expected to be operational by summer 2024 , this will triple our current capacity , enhancing our service and expanding our product capabilities .
Sustainability We are committed to sustainability . The new building will house more than 100 2m x 1m solar panels , capable of capturing 50 kW of energy , which will offset about 25 % of our energy usage . The facility will include green areas for environmental improvement and the wellbeing of our people . We have been awarded a Bronze Ecovadis certification , which highlights our commitment to sustainable practices and puts us in the top 30 % of companies audited .
