Cologne hosts Chemspec Europe

The main international exhibition for fine and speciality chemicals in Europe is back in Germany in May

Chemspec Europe 2026, Europe’ s main international exhibition for fine and speciality chemicals, will take place on 6-7 June in Halls 7 and 8 at Messe Köln in Germany, the same venue as last year. The opening hours are from 9.00 to 17.00 on both days. As ever, Speciality Chemicals Magazine is among the media partners and is unique among them in having a stand at 7A101.

Visitors can register to attend and purchase tickets online at: www. chemspeceurope. com / en-gb / tickets. html. The basic € 57 visitor ticket includes the exhibition and all conference theatres, plus basic access to the matchmaking programme, allowing you to pre-schedule meetings with exhibitors who share complementary interests. The‘ visitor plus’ ticket, at € 2,060, also allows access to the matchmaking lounge for at-show meetings with a designated concierge service.
At the time of writing, the show covered 8,000 m 2 of floor space and was to be made up of 415 exhibitors from among the key chemical suppliers and service providers from Europe and beyond. These companies are active in supplying to a wide range of industries and applications, including pharmaceuticals, agriculture, paints and coatings, personal care and cosmetics, construction, food and feed, water treatment, electronics, batteries and more.
Among them are such key players in fine and speciality chemicals as Albemarle, Ajinomoto Sustainable Solutions, Arxada, CABB, Carbogen Amcis, Curia, Evonik, IMCD, Johnson Matthey, Midas Pharma, Navin Fluorine, Saltigo, Seqens, SRF, Uquifa and WeylChem. Others include suppliers of lab equipment, processing technology and specialised contract services, and regulatory consultants. In all, 99 are new to the show.
As ever, Chemspec Europe has extensive show floor content, this time split across three stages. The Strategy Stage and 7F90 are in Hall 7, the Moleküle Hub in Hall 8. Those marked * require sign-up in advance via the matchmaking system. Times, subjects and speakers( where known) are as follows:
