ChemUK returns to the NEC in May . We take a look ahead

ChemUK 2022 , the third in the series , will return on 11-12 May at Hall 1 of the NEC in Birmingham . This is the UK ’ s only trade show dedicated to bringing together the chemical and chemical product development , specification and processing and manufacturing communities with supply chain supplier groups . There will be over 350 specialist exhibitors split between two major shows . The Chemical Industries Supply Chain Show brings together products , services and equipment in the areas of :

• Chemicals , raw materials & ingredients
• Chemical logistics , transportation , storage , containment , labelling & packaging
• HSE management & regulatory compliance
• Toll , contract , outsourcing & white / private label services
• Skills , training & recruitment
• Business & operational support Meanwhile , the Chemical , Process & Plant Engineering Show will showcase latest technology and specialist services across the chemical and wider process industries , covering :
• Process plant , chemical unit equipment , process ancillaries & consumables
• Chemical 4.0 , digital & automation
• Plant energy management
• Catalysis & reaction engineering

• Flow technologies Part of the show floor is ChemLab , which will showcase specialist exhibitors providing laboratory services for the industrial chemicals and chemical products industries . They include Mettler
Toledo , AM Technology , Shimadzu , Labtex , GPE Scientific , Julabo , Vacuubrand and Huber . A major part of ChemUK is its speaker programme of presentations and panel sessions , with some 150 speakers across four stages located on the show floor . The stages are respectively themed Chemical Business & Supply Chain ( Stage 1 ), Sustainability ( Stage 2 ), Process , Plant & Laboratory Innovation ( Stage 3 ) and Chemical 4.0 ( Stage 4 ).
