Chemspec Europe 2022 is a key event for the fine and speciality chemicals industry and will take place this year from 31 May to 1 June at Messe Frankfurt in Germany . Visitors have the opportunity to meet with international suppliers and explore the latest technical advancements , specific ingredients and custom-made solutions . This will be the 35th edition of the show , following on from a two-year hiatus in which it was replaced by a digital edition due to the COVID-19 pandemic . The last , which took place in Basel , Switzerland , in June 2019 , was the biggest to date , attracting of 4,295 trade visitors from 65 countries to see 379 exhibitors .
