AZV MILL 1000 is specifically designed for the execution of the classic “ notches ” or grooves necessary for the assembly of hinges , supports , sockets and related accessories . The glass panel is conveyed automatically by means an innovative CNCcontrolled gripper system . For safety reasons , the machine starts drilling / milling only when all the preliminary steps have been executed precisely . The glass is clamped in the work area by independent pressers . The most popular shapes are preloaded and their dimensions can be changed via an easy-to-use software . Any type of shape not present in the library can be imported in a . dxf file . Thanks to special multiple tools , operations like milling , arrising , countersinking and drilling on each shape is possible without having to change tools . The machine also feature a remote assistance function via LAN ( internet connection required ).
