Visitors to our stand will appreciate the ease of use and precision of Bavelloni VDM 1636 CN , our vertical drilling / milling center which has become quite popular in just a few years . Suitable for the automatic performing of even complex working cycles , VDM 1636 CN is fitted with one double drilling head with rotating tool storage ( 8 + 8 positions ). It features a single multifunctional station , quite compact and capable of multiple tasks : drilling , countersinking , milling and notch griding . The ma- chine , extremely user-friendly and fast , has been designed with the most advanced technical solutions to ensure excellent performance . Milling is performed while the glass is in a fixed position so to achieve better grinding quality and higher grinding speed . Its control device combines a professional NC with the convenience of a PC working in Windows ® ( Microsoft ) environment . Thanks to its features , it is the ideal choice for producing doors and for architectural applications ; moreover , it also comes with a functionality for processing parallelograms and off-square shapes that makes it particularly suitable to fabricate staircase railings . The model on show will be provided with drilling bit presetting and redressing for enhanced automation . At our booth , we will also demonstrate our mitering machine model Bavelloni VE 500 V10 suitable to process flat edge with arrises and chamfers with variable angles ( 0 ° - 45 °) on glass sheets from 3 to 51 mm thick .
