KERAGLASS
Automation, integration and process control at the heart of glass manufacturing
On the occasion of Glasstec 2026, Keraglass will be exhibiting in Hall 16 – Stand 16B14 / 16C13, with a 756 m ² exhibition space designed as a demonstration environment showcasing the company’ s latest glass processing technologies
T he 2026 edition of Glasstec represents another important opportunity for Keraglass to engage with the international market, with a clear focus on the evolution of industrial processes through greater energy efficiency, digitalisation of production systems and optimisation of final product quality. At Glasstec 2026, the spotlight will be on the integration of process performance with intelligent plant control. Keraglass will present a new tempering furnace model, engineered to deliver outstanding thermal uniformity, process stability and superior optical quality of tempered glass. The system is designed to meet the increasingly demanding requirements associated with processing solar control and low-emissivity( Low-E) glass. Alongside the furnace, the company will unveil its new furnace control system. Through an advanced user interface, the system collects and analyses key process parameters, providing a comprehensive overview of production performance, machine status and energy consumption. Its purpose is to support faster, more informed operational decisions, fully aligned with today’ s smart manufacturing principles, where data plays a central role in process optimisation.
Supporting greater efficiency and operational continuity, Keraglass will also showcase the RCK, an automatic roller cleaning system for tempering furnaces. Designed to simplify routine maintenance, the solution helps maintain consistent product quality while reducing machine downtime. The RCK is fully integrated into a preventive and scheduled maintenance strategy, contributing to im-
