Pellini SpA , founded in 1974 , is based in Codogno ( Northern Italy ) and is a global leader in sun shading systems for the commercial and residential field . It has three divisions : ScreenLine ®, whose blind systems are integrated within insulating glass units , in sealed spaces protected from dust , dirt and atmospheric agents , thus requiring virtually no maintenance . Tende e Sistemi , manufacturing first-rate internal and external blinds , which reflect the heat and optimise light transmission , ensuring the ideal climate indoors . Pellini Nautica , specialising in the yacht and luxury boats decoration field . Its shading systems consist of custom solutions , developed in cooperation with leading international shipyards .
