Here are the technical features of the new Jumboglass 3400 machine :
• main conveyor belt made of special rubber resistant to oils and solvents . The conveyor belt can be replaced quickly and easily from the front side of the machine ( power supply side ),
• single-position engraved cylinder support bridge , with quick change system for the cylinder ,
• centersline adjustment of the operating thickness with digital indicator , for independent left / right side control or tandem control of both sides ; the adjustments are achieved through the vertical positioning of the engraved cylinder operated via two jacks with synchronization shaft driven by a gearmotor ,
• automatic positioning of the engraved cylinder ( edge antidripping device ) to avoid delivery of excess paint at the entry edge of the glass sheet .
To sum up , the key benefits of the innovative technology mentioned above include :
• A quick and efficient cleaning process that takes no longer than 15 minutes .
• Possibility to pass multiple times over the same sheet in case of external defects such as dust , product impurities , etc ., without having to stop production , resulting in a saving of time and pigment
• Passing the same sheet two or more times does not alter the quantity of the deposited pigment .
It is undeniable that such a machine is a technology capable of offering to the the glassworks both important economic and ecological benefits .
