Innovation and added value with Glass Company machines
Glass Company has always stood out in the glass industry for its innovations . At Glasstec 2022 the company will be exhibiting its products in two thematic stands , one in Hall 16 in the GIMAV area and one in Hall 12 .
T he customers and visitors who will come to visit these stands will be offered an overview of the company ’ s range of machinery and equipment for the production of glass incorporating absolutely innovative technological , functional and aesthetic features . The lineup will include the Softmek software for the calculation and processing of heating glass for refrigeration and bathroom applications to name but few . Softmek was developed by Glass Company to operate in combination with Lasermek , a family of laser equipment designed to engrave , remove any type of coating ( Low-E , paint , silvering , etc .), drill , cut and carry out high value-added processes on glass . At Glasstec 2022 , Glass Compa- ny will also be exhibiting a Laser Scanner machine for removing and cutting glass coatings , with demonstrations throughout the exhibition days on different types of coatings . It will also be possible to see the quality of the fire-resistant glass produced by the Firemek system , which uses an intumescent mixture of the last generation based on silica , and guarantees high performance in case of exposure to fire , quality and durability of the glass even under the worst environmental conditions . Lasermek is a range of Laser machines designed and offered by Glass Company , which feature the Scanner technology or the Beam technology , both developed for the engraving and ablation of any type of glass surface coating . Lasermek Scanner is an innovative multifunctional technology , able to remove portions of coating of tens of centimeters in a single step ( mirror finish , lacquering , hard coating , reflective coatings , etc .), as well as to engrave lines of a few hundredths of a millimeter in low-e coatings in an extremely fast process and ensuring the highest precision and quality of the final product . Lasermek Beam carries out the same processes as the Lasermek Scanner , but in longer times since it removes a few hundredths of coating at each pass . Both technologies can be applied to different types of processes :
• In the furniture sector - in particular for bathroom furniture and in general for any environment , or furniture , in which mirrors with a high aesthetic impact are required - they allow the removal of silvering from the mirrors , leaving the glass completely transparent , with the possibility of reproducing any type of image and / or photo , or for the insertion , for example of TV , on the mirrors .
