SCHNELLLAUFFRÄSSPINDELN FÜR FRÄS- UND BOHRARBEITEN Die Schnelllauffrässpindeln der Baureihe MOx wurden mit dem Ziel entwickelt und konstruiert, maximale Zuverlässigkeit und Präzision bei Fräs- und Bohrarbeiten zu gewährleisten. Die neue Generation 2.0 zeichnet sich durch folgende Merkmale aus: Auswuchtung aller rotierenden Komponenten, höhere Drehzahlen und Steifigkeit dank neuer Lager, einfache Einrichtung in Maschinen mit automatischem Werkzeugwechsel, neue Räderwerke zur Reduzierung von Geräuschen und Vibrationen des Werkzeugs, höhere Belastbarkeit. O. M. G. operates all over the world and boasts close partnerships with major machine tool manufacturers, but also addresses end users directly, that is, metalworking companies of any size, subcontractors or retrofit specialists. O. M. G.’ s mainstay is the production department, which is directly connected to the engineering department for the elopement and optimisation of machining programs. The products made to customer specifications are finished on a very high precision boring machine located in a special room at constant temperature and humidity. The company also has test benches of its own design and construction to perform dynamic tests in a systematic way. A test certificate is attached to all series products to guarantee their reliability and quality.

SPEED MULTIPLIERS FOR MILLING AND DRILLING OPERATIONS The MOx spindle speeders have been designed and developed with the aim of ensuring maximum reliability and precision in milling and drilling jobs. The new 2.0 generation features: balancing of all rotating components, greater speed and greater rigidity thanks to new bearings, simple setup in machines with automatic tool change, new gears designed to reduce noise and vibrations generated by the tool, greater load capacity. The new MOx series implements the most advanced technical and technological knowledge. Furthermore, the compact construction, the heat-treated steel components, the ground gears on the involute allow the transmission of high power ratings with low noise emission.
