Anlässlich der EMO 2025 und des 50-jährigen Firmenjubiläums präsentiert Balance Systems die neue Produktreihe „ GT-S“ zur Optimierung der Bearbeitungsprozesse insbesondere auf numerisch gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen und Schleifmaschinen aller Art.
BESTIMMUNGSZWECK: PROZESSOPTIMIERUNG
GT-S steht für ein neues Konzept kostengünstiger Modularität und garantiert eine breite Skalierbarkeit der Konfigurationen, um sowohl einfachen als auch komplexen Anwendungen gerecht zu werden, und das mit stets hervorragender Qualität und Leistung sowie zu angemessenen Kosten. GT-S ist ein modulares System, das in verschiedenen Konfigurationen und Optionen drei Funktionen bietet:
• Automatisches und manuelles Auswuchten der Bearbeitungsspindeln
• Kontrolle des Kontakts zwischen Werkzeug und Werkstück sowie zwischen Werkzeug
GT-S Funktionsmodule und Profiliervorrichtung
• Messung des Werkstücks vor, während und nach dem Bearbeitungsprozess
Die Funktionsmodule sind für den Einbau in einen Schaltschrank auf einer Standard- DIN-Schiene konzipiert und konstruiert. Der Einbau in den Schaltschrank ist sehr einfach, und jedes Modul kann beispielsweise für Wartungsarbeiten eingesetzt und herausgenommen werden, ohne die
