Es handelt sich um Bearbeitungsköpfe , die eine wirklich einzigartige Performance bieten , und zwar dank einer direkten Messvorrichtung auf der Bewegungsachse , der Bewegung des Schlittens mit Motor , einer in den rotierenden Teil integrierten Kugelumlaufspindel und einem Verriegelungssystem für den Schlitten , das die Präzision bei der Endbearbeitung erhöht . Die Plandrehköpfe der Baureihe FH werden auf numerisch gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen eingesetzt . Sie sind so konzipiert , dass die U-Achse gesteuert wird , und ermöglichen hochpräzise Bearbeitungen wie Außen- und Innenplandrehen , Ausbohren , das Schneiden zylindrischer oder konischer Gewinde sowie jegliche Interpolation mit den Achsen der Werkzeugmaschine . Sie können entweder manuell oder automatisch auf jedem Bearbeitungszentrum angebracht werden und kommen am häufigsten auf Bohrwerken , Vertikaldrehmaschinen oder Sondermaschinen zum Einsatz .
