TOP OF THE RANGE At EMO 2023 in Hannover , BFT Burzoni will unveil a family of solid carbide ( MDI ) milling cutters called Extreme Performance , by virtue of their technical performance .
In recent years , the most popular product is the Runner solid carbide cutter . This milling cutter is able to drill solid metal at 90 °, perform ramping at 45 ° and subsequently interpolate at a higher pitch , ensuring top performance on all types of materials both in roughing and finishing jobs . Another flagship product of the panther house to be exhibited at the fair is the MDI Troko milling cutter . Specifications for trochoidal machining and routing operations , the Troko are available in different pitches and radii and come in a complete range of 2xD , 3xD and 4xD cutters and ensure optimal machining results thanks to the KH68 coating for milling stainless steel , the heat-resistant alloys and the KP60 coating for all other types of steel .
