Dr. David Kiene is an Associate Professor at Northwest Missouri State University in the School of Education. He is the coordinator of the Education Leadership Master’s Program. Dr. Kiene is an executive member of the Missouri Professors of Educational Administration and is chairman of the school's diversity committee. Dr. Kiene has over 30 years of experience in teaching and educational administration.

Dr. Johannah D. Baugher, Ed.D. is an Assistant Professor and the Graduate Reading Program Coordinator in the School of Education at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate-level literacy methods coursework. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Baugher taught several elementary grades. Dr. Baugher resides in Spickard, Missouri, with her husband where they operate Iron B Ranch in rural Grundy and Mercer counties
