Happy New Year! We are really excited to introduce ourselves as the new Co-Chairs and hope we can do as good as job as Emma who has recently given birth to a baby girl!
Find out more about us in the Get To Know Your volunteer section on page 15. We are both new to the parenting game having both had our baby girls in the Autumn.
This issue is focused around sleep and as new mums ourselves we know how important this subject is to all new parents, and just remember when you are up in the middle of the night with your little one you are not alone, there are plenty of other parents in the same boat and friends who are often available on Whatsapp. We really hope you find the tips and advice in this issue useful.
