Happy New Year!
We are thrilled to have started the year so positively by handing over 30 NCT Clapham & District Branch-funded Baby Bundles to our friends at 'Little Village' charity in Tooting, for distribution to locally disadvantaged families. Our Halloween Event in October 2016 was a huge success and with the profit we made, we were able to buy nappies, wipes, materity pads, changing mats, nappy cream, muslins and baby bath towels packaged in a TKMaxx carrier, all for the Baby Bundles. Volunteers are the lifeblood of our busy Branch, local parents just like you. Why not make 2017 the year that you decide to volunteer, however much or little time you have to spare. There are lots of roles that can be done from home on your computer if you are housebound, on your maternity leave and missing your job. If you have no time you might consider making a one-off donation here or set up a monthly donation here. It feels great to be supporting local parents in their first 1,000 days of parenting through classes, breastfeeding cafes, helplines, coffee meetups, sales, first aid courses, events and all the vital admin roles that go with these activities.
