Lime Rickey
Ingredients
30 ml lime juice squeezed
30 ml sugar syrup
15 ml orange bitters
Ice
120 ml soda water
Lime peel for garnish
Crushed ice (optional)
Directions
Squeezed lime juice add the wedges to the glass, pour in the sugar syrup and orange bitters and add ice. Shake well. Pour through a strainer into a tall glass with ice. Stir and garnish with a scattering of lime peel. For a cool summer treat pour over crushed ice instead of cubes.

Half lemon squeezed
Salt and Pepper
Couple dashes of Tabasco
Splash of Worcestershire
4 Basil leaves (torn)
Ice cubes
180 ml tomato juice
Celery stick for garnish
Lemon wedge & Pickles (for optional garnish)
Directions
Half lemon squeezed and placed in a tall glass, add a few dashes of salt and pepper, a few splashes of Tabasco sauce and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. Add 4 torn basil leaves, ice (cubed) and tomato juice, shake well. Pour ingredients through strainer into a glass of ice. Garnish with a celery stick and basil leaves and a lemon wedge and/or pickles if you like. Perftect for a spicy kick anytime of day or night
Virgin Bloody Mary
Sparkling Pom Collins
Ingredients
Slice of lime
Ice cubes
60 ml pomegranate juice
30 ml soda water
Pomegranate seeds (garnish)
Directions
Using a Tom Collins glass squeeze one slice of lime out and place wedge in the glass, half-fill glass with ice, add pomegranate juice and soda water, stir, garnish with pomegranate seeds and you’re done. Perfect for a quick and easy treat!
