Ah, grad dips. Look at you, just sitting there, reading this for some advice. Let me just start out by saying, “You cray cray!” It goes like this; At first, it sounds amazing when you think about becoming a teacher but then you look at the work load and start freaking out, am I right? Yep. We've all been there but don't stress. You aren't actually crazy. You're amazing and we love you. This is an amazing choice you've made and you must know that there is heaps of support out there for you. "The best thing you've got is each other" If you are doing it part time like me then just know that organisation is key. Making sure you know what units you're doing and when is important. That way you're never lost at the end of the semester or caught wondering exactly which units you're meant to do next. If you have trouble with this, feel me to e-mail me. I've gotten quite good at shuffling units around. To those of you doing it full time. Don't stress. You've got this. The best piece of advice I can give is to find friends and find them quickly. If you need help, your tutors and lecturers are there but sometimes it can be stressful waiting for an e-mail response. Also, if it's a little thing that you're not sure about, your friends might have the answer. If you're stuck and aren't sure who to ask for help. Ask anybody. Someone will be able to point you in the right direction. Never give up!
