11 - The Sparta Ambassador - September 2020 SPARTA AMERICAN LEGION SWEARS IN NEW OFFICERS FOR POST #100 New officers plan to continue supporting the Veteran and community programs A new slate of officers were sworn in on August 19, 2020 during the membership meeting. Bernie Czarnecki will lead as the incoming Commander. Wally Habhegger will be First Vice Commander and Dean Tremble will be Second Vice Commander. Also elected for a three year term on the executive board were Tim Hyma and John Miller. Tim Hyma and Darrin Hannamemmen were elected as Sergeant at Arms. The following appointments were made during the meeting: Adjutant- Chuck Olson Finance Officer- Phil Green Executive board- Steve Krueger, Joe Jacques, Tony Guldenaar and Darrin Hannamemmen.
