Sparta Area Chamber of Commerce
Notice of Elections for Board of Directors
The Sparta Area Chamber Board of Directors will have five seats up for election this fall. Board members have
nominated current director Jennifer Simunich (Sparta Boys and Girls Club) for re-election and chamber
members Shannon Davis (Mathews Inc.), Heidi Lydon (Edward Jones), and Lal Patel (Best Western Trail Lodge),
for election to four of the open seats. Chamber By-Laws allow for additional nominations of candidates for
election by petition of the membership. Candidates must be chamber members in good standing, nominated
by at least five chamber member organizations. Completed nominating petitions must be received in the
chamber office, 111 Milwaukee Street, on or before Monday, October 7, 2019. Please contact John Hendricks,
