(Proceeds to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Sparta)
What: 5 mile run or 2 mile run/walk
When: Saturday, June 8, 2019 @ 8:30 a.m. (both 5 mile and 2 mile)
Where: Sparta Memorial Park located at the end of E. Main Street (on the north shore of Perch Lake @ 1 st shelter)
Team Registration: 5 mile run or 2 mile run/walk TEAM RATE of $20.00 per entrant (shirt is included, no extra fee)
Please complete a registration form for each participant and one Team Roster for the team
Shirts will be delivered to employer before the race (it is okay to wear private label shirts if desired)
Chipped bibs can be picked up from the Registration Area on race day. Entries received after May 23 rd
will not be guaranteed a shirt and may not be considered in team award rankings.

Team Awards: 2 mile race – top three runners of your team will be used to tally team awards
5 mile race – top three runners of your team will be used to tally team awards
Individual Awards: Awards will be presented to the overall 1 st through 3 rd place male and female in the 5 and 2 mile
Medals will be presented to the 1 st through 3 rd place male and female winners in each age group
Age groups: 5 mile run: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
2 mile run/walk: 6-9, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Refreshments: At shelter after the race
Payment: Please make checks payable to the Boys & Girls Club of Sparta
