Smokin’ Spokes – Sparta Bike Group
With Sparta being deemed the Bicycling Capital of
America, it is no surprise that we are home to an
enthusiastic and well organized cycling group.
Established in 2001 by a group of avid cyclists, the
Smokin' Spokes continues to cover many miles of
roads in the Sparta area as well as participate in
various biking events throughout the state.
There is no charge to join the group and they meet
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00pm in the parking lot
between Park Bank & Ginny’s Cupboard in Sparta
for group rides.
