Our recently completed fifteenth season of free public concerts was a great success
- excellent music, good crowds, and mostly cooperative weather. Sponsorships made it
possible for us to bring together hundreds of community members and visitors each
Wednesday evening to be entertained, socialize, and enjoy one of Sparta’s beautiful park
facilities.
The Chamber was proud to include sponsor logos on the concert series poster which
was widely distributed and reproduced in an insert in the Monroe County Herald.
Sponsors were also displayed during each concert on the projection screen. In addition,
several sponsors took the opportunity to introduce one of the concerts, highlighting their
involvement.
One of the goals of the Chamber is to attract and retain young professionals in our
area. Local entertainment and cultural events are an important part of this effort and we
are already planning for next year’s lineup of performers that we believe will attract a
crowd and appeal to a wide variety of musical tastes.
So that we can provide this kind of high quality entertainment without cost to our
community, we need your support. Please consider being a 2020 Concert in the Park
sponsor. Businesses and individuals who commit to being sponsors of next season’s
concerts before January 1, 2020 may do so for $300. Beginning January 1 sponsorships
will increase to $350.
Help us to continue this great Sparta summer tradition. Show your support by
becoming a sponsor. Send your check to the Chamber at 111 Milwaukee Street, or if you
prefer contact us regarding invoicing after January 1, 2020. You may also contact the
office with your credit card charge. In any case, please respond before February 15, 2020,
so that you are included in the concert series poster. Platinum Corporate Chamber
Members are automatically included as summer concert sponsors.
