MARKET & JOHNSON
Terry Oswald is a 2003 Sparta High School graduate. After attending a year of college, she
decided to pursue a fulltime career with Kwik Trip. After several years of managing a store,
she decided to leave and follow her dream of becoming a business owner. In May of 2015
she opened her consignment store ‘Search and Find’ on Water Street.
Approximately two years later, Terry started to carry a selection of boutique clothing. As
those sales continues to grow, she made the business decision to not only relocate her store
next door but to re-open Search and Find as only a boutique.
This month will make it a year from transitioning from consignment store to boutique in
which she states “it was the best decision I’ve ever made.” Terry is proud to be one of the
women owned businesses on Water Street and looks forward to the many years ahead.

MIKE SEICHTER
Mike Seichter has been with Market & Johnson for 28 years, has over 38 years of construction experience and
is a partner in ownership and serves on the Board of Directors of Market & Johnson. He leads our LaCrosse
office and is a readily accessible liaison between our clients, their architects, and our office and field staff. Mike
has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from UW-Stout. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Sparta
and have three grown sons.
BRANDEN YATES
Branden Yates recently joined Market & Johnson's Business Development team and will work out of our La
Crosse office. He will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and helping our clients ful-
fill their construction needs. Branden is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a
business administration degree. During his time at UW-Eau Claire, he served as Chief of Staff to the Student
Body President and was elected Student Body President during his senior year. Branden played a large role in
a variety of important projects for UW-Eau Claire students, including the Sonnentag Event Complex and the
proposed new Science Building.
Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, Branden is excited to be in La Crosse and explore the trails and scen-
ery around the city. Branden will be a great addition to Market & Johnson's Business Development team as we
continue to provide quality, innovative construction services to our clients.
