After each youth's Thrive exposure, they will be able to successfully understand, identify and captilize on the idea of sparks. They will be able to acknowledge the difference between a growth and a fixed mindest and will be able to make decisions utilizing a growth mindset. Youth will have a full understand of ways to thrive to one's fullest potential while maneuvering risk factors and identifying thriving indicators. Youth will learn the skills necessary to manage the path to a Meaningful Realistic and Stretching goal which can Draft off of other goals. The Thrive Theory of Change is designed to ignite each youth's passion for learning by empowering them to take control of their passions, goals, and destinations.
