Mocha Cream

INGREDIENTS : 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tsp . Sugar 1 / 3 tsp . Vanilla Extract 1 / 3 cup Coffee Bean ( crushed ) Pinch of Salt Powder Sugar for garnish
METHOD :
In a small saucepan , combine cream , coffee , vanilla , sugar and salt . Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes . Pass through cheese cloth to remove the beans .
Transfer to a small bowl . Refrigerate until chilled . Beat cream until stiff .
