LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
SHILES ' STORY
Dear Member ,
The fall season is upon us making it nice for outdoor activities . The golf course is in good condition and we are currently in the process of over-seeding for the winter . Members returning from the north have been raving about the new greens on the North Course and the improved conditions in general . The tennis courts were re-surfaced in mid-November and are ready for a busy season . We continue to have great participation for our Wednesday night dinners with some choosing take-out and some members enjoy the great outdoors by dining on the veranda .
We are continuing our safety measures and enhanced cleaning each day to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and your guests . I would like to remind those fitness buffs to wipe down the equipment before and after you use it and be respectful of your fellow members when multiple people are working out at once . We have signs posted throughout the facility as a reminder of the protocols and recommendations for safety .
As we approach the holiday season , we will continue to schedule member events with safety always in mind . By using suggested spacing of tables , a recommendation of wearing a mask when you are not seated at your table and providing plated meals , we feel we are providing an environment which is comfortable for most to attend .
Once again , I would like to commend the entire membership along with our staff for the respectful way you have carried yourselves over the past 8 months . While times have been tough for some folks , we feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to continue to serve you and provide a safe , fun and enjoyable venue for you to visit when you leave your home .
