For us being able to impart what we have learned on our own health journeys together with what has worked for us is something that we are very passionate about. It is our belief that by taking things back to basics you can take back the control of your health and put it firmly back in your own hands.

Welcome to Family Siesta
The Ostrowski Family welcomes you to our private country resort, Family Siesta, at Costa del Sol, Spain. We have four apartments of different size and capasity, and we can room a total of 26 people.

Each apartment has a large, private terrace with a view over the Mediterranean Sea, the nearest city of Fuengirola and the mountain village of Mijas. Come and enjoy our large swimming pool, sun terrace and playground together with your family and friends.
Family Siesta is located in quiet surroundings with only a short walk to a cafeteria/bar with shopping facilities, and a restaurant. The distance to the beach is app. 4 km, the same as to the 7 km long beach walk of Fuengirola. Golf courses and activities for the whole family, for example aquaparks, zoos and shopping, is only a short drive away.
Apartments
At Family Siesta we have six separate apartments with a total of 18 beds. The apartments can be rented separately or together.
All the apartments are fully equipt with TV's, DVD's, washing maschines, dish washers, kitchen utencils, towels, duvets, pillows and bed linen.
