We’re pretty sure most of you didn’t come here for a history lesson, so let’s get straight to the point: we’re brilliant at what we do. We love baking. We love cakes. We love experimenting, creating and designing — so that’s exactly what we do. If you want it, ask for it. If we haven’t made it yet we welcome the challenge!
We work extremely hard to ensure only the best of the best is produced, at all times. We only use fresh, natural ingredients. Nothing is frozen, nothing is bought. Our callous hands prove it! We knead, chop, grate, fold, cut and peel by hand – and just a bite will show you why. Rustic, hand made, artisan – we believe in what we do, so we do it properly.
At Bellaria we promise to take extra special care of you and your needs. Attention to detail, customer service and delicious cakes are what it boils down to (or bakes down to).
