The Title derives from the idea of re-perposing spaces within Budapest that exhibit a sense of uncertainty in the role of a public space . This will be achieved by creating / holding situational interactive incorporative art works . These works can only become completed through the publics participation . We are a group of Erasmus students , who come from different countries in Europe , and local Hungarian students . As a mixed group of foreigners and locals our perception of the city of Budapest not only differs because everyone of us has an individual view on things , but also because some of us receive the city from a routine point and others with the eye of a newcomer . The relation of Erasmus student to the city ist betwixt and between . Their perception is neither the fleeting one of a tourist nor the one of a foreign longterm incomer . Having a certain time frame makes them want to soak in as much culture , people , places as possible . So in some cases Erasmus students might receive different places in the city as uncertain than local students , in other cases the feeling of uncertainty will overlap as it is a feeling which can be influenced by several factors ; among others by personality and mind set , gender , preconceived characteristics of spaces and prejudices . Our project aims at using the medium of art to change the perceptions of the public to spaces within the city .
