Users of these items ( generally termed “ skaters ” in this section ) are considered to be pedestrians and not riders or drivers . There is no requirement by law for skaters to wear protective headgear . Wheeled recreational devices may notbe used :

Pedestrians don ’ t have to get a ‘ walking license ’, and there is not any legal document like a ‘ skateboarder license ’. In Hungary bikers can be drunk , but bicycle riders have to pass highway code tests in some countries . They got more and more space in the city what is a great development globally , environmental friendly , but not always user friendly due to the lack of bike lanes , and CO gases . Car drivers should realise that the road is not only theirs . It is not so fun to drive a car alone , or standing in a crowded tram with ‘ non-faces ’.
