WalkDrawings Patrycja Maksylewicz
Media: gel ink drawing on paper from a robotic arm composed of electronic comopnents, wood, servo-motors. Programmed on the Arduino.
I made a path from the walks I took around Stuttgart. For this path I use geographical co-ordinates and translated them into a set of instructions for the robot’ s arm movements. Each day I put a new path into the algorithm which produced another layers of lines for the final drawings During the workshops I did 7 different walks around the following areas: Schlossplatz and Oberer Schlossgarten, Unterer Schlossgarten, Killesberg, Vaihingerstr, Wagenhallen, Muhlhausen and Birkenkopf.
