Coconut Barfi Recipe

Ingredients
Coconut Powder - 300 grams Condensed Milk - 400 grams Cashews - 15 to 20 Pistachios - 10 to 12 www . nishamadhulika . com
Method :
1 . For preparing the coconut barfi instantly , take condensed milk in a pan and keep on a low flame . Now to it add coconut powder and mix well . Cut the cashews finely and slice the pistachios thinly as well .
2 . Now to this mixture add chopped cashews and mix everything really well until blended well . Cook the mixture in low-medium flame by stirring constantly .
3 . When the mixture thickens up , turn off the flame . The mixture for barfi is now done and ready . For setting the barfi grease a plate with some ghee . Transfer the barfi mixture to this greased plate .
4 . Evenly spread the mixture in the plate and sprinkle the thinly sliced pistachios over this . Press them gently with a spoon . Keep the barfi aside to set . When the barfi sets , cut it into desired chunks .
