Following a thorough review and consultation with the Charity Commission, the Constitution of SPA (UK) was revised
and a new management structure is in place. Charity Trustees with the support of the Working Committee will be
responsible for the day to activities. Holding Trustees will be responsible for the administration of the SPAITF.
