State Pension is a benefit for people of state pension age that is based on their national insurance contributions . You do not have to have stopped working in order to get State Pension . If you are 80 or over , you may be able to get some State Pension even if you have not paid enough national insurance contributions .

Conclusion
At their age , senior citizens focus on reflecting back on their lives . Those who are unsuccessful during this phase will feel that their life has been wasted and will experience many regrets and will be left with feelings of bitterness and despair . Those who feel proud of their accomplishments will feel a sense of integrity . Successfully completing this phase means looking back with few regrets and a general feeling of satisfaction . These individuals will attain wisdom , even when confronting death .
When people grow old , in many parts of the world , family and friends care for them at home until the end . Values of Western cultures tend to celebrate youth , self reliance and individualism . Eastern cultures place enormous value on family and the elderly showing obedience , respect and deference to the elders . In
