Tatcha
I’ve been hearing more and more about Asian beauty and how our trends stem from products released initially on the Asian market. So this being our luxury issue, I reached out to Tatcha skincare to try. I was lucky enough to receive the Tatcha Ritual for dry skin set and it’s life changing. The idea behind this brand is using ingredients used by Geishas in ancient Japan. Step one was a cleansing oil; what was neat was that you massaged it on dry skin and when washed off it sort of foamed up. Second was the gentle enzyme rice powder. Wow, my face was glowing after using this! Third and forth steps were the brightening serum and enriching renewal cream. I have really dry skin and I have never felt my skin more supple, moist and glowing. http://www.tatcha.com/
Kari Gran
One glance in my purse and you will think I’m insane, because there are at least 10 different lip products with me at all times. I was excited to try the Kari Gran Lip Whip Potted lip glosses. They were super smooth, smelled amazing and not sticky on my lips at all. Once again, this is an amazing, organic and natural skincare line. I loved trying the starter skincare kit. Cleansings oils have gotten so popular and I find the more I use them, the more I love them. Their oil is so gentle and moisturizing without stripping the skin. The hydrating tonic mist was lovely and I loved the smell. It made my skin feel super soft. The essential serum (which is a concentrated blend of 15 different plant and essential oils) was great on my skin and made my face feel super smooth and bright! http://karigran.com/
Juice Beauty Stem Cellular cc cream
Since BB creams (stands for blemish balm, or beauty balm) and CC creams (color control cream, or color correcting cream) have exploded onto the scene I have ditched my foundations for BB and CC creams. I have tried a lot – some good and some bad – and I have to say my new absolute favourite is Juice Beauty CC cream. It’s moisturizing, has an SPF of 30, promotes cell turnover, evens my skin tone, and so much more. If you are looking for something lighter for your skin while still giving you some coverage this is the product for you. www.juicebeauty.com/
