YOUR REGISTRATION JOURNEY!
In your registration email you received a QUEUE reference,
it is important that you join the correct line when you arrive
as this will affect your registration experience and will also
ensure a speedy collection of your race pack. If you do not
follow your allotted queue reference it will mean that you
will get to the front only to be sent back again as staff will
not be able to assist you. The system has been designed to
ensure speedy collection and we ask that you follow the
instructions given to you carefully.
Non-runners and spectators will be directed to a channel
that will take them directly into the expo where they can
shop and relax while waiting for their runner to collect their
race pack. We ask where possible that non-runners do not
accompany runners into registration.
You will need your ID, drivers licence or passport, a copy
of the race number confirmation as numbers are sorted
by Collection Queue & Race Number, this copy can be
on your phone or printed. We strongly advise runners to
also bring their ChampionChip that they will be running
with on race day so they can test the chip to make sure
that their chip is registered correctly. Once entering the
collection Hall, you should check the boards for your queue
number, here you will need to present your race number
confirmation so staff can hand over your race number and
race pack. Please double check your race number before
leaving the desk.
At the exit of the registration there will be mats and a
screen to check your ChampionChip, in the event that your
details are incorrect or your chip is not working, please
return to registration and proceed to the inquiries desk
where staff will be on hand will be able to assist you.
