Rizzo paused for a moment of silence
for beloved resident Vito Dispensa, who
passed away in 2015, acknowledging his
many civic and charitable contributions
to the town during his long life.
“He was a man of small size but of
great stature,” he said.
Rizzo began by swearing in John
Fraino as a Highland Fire Commissioner.
