The Lloyd Town Board unanimously
passed a resolution at their Nov. 18 meeting to amend the town’s sign law. The resolution targets the Digital section of the
sign law and will give the town “additional controls over the placement, type and

The frame of the “Compass Rose” has been laid out at the Highland Landing Park and will be filled in with concrete in ivory, magenta and teal
coloring. If the weather remains cold, the project will be finished in the spring.
