Staying Safe
The WEA is committed to providing a welcoming

valued and feels safe and secure. If you have
any concerns you can speak to your tutor or you
can contact our safeguarding staff via the WEA
Regional Office.

The WEA believes that education plays a
major role in challenging discrimination and
disadvantage. We are committed to inclusive
learning and ensuring that all our students
achieve the best possible outcomes. Equality,
Diversity and Inclusion in the WEA is a collective
responsibility. We expect everyone involved
in the WEA to challenge conditions that place
anyone at a disadvantage and create an inclusive
community in which diversity is valued and

Learner Agreement and Student Code of Conduct
When you enrol with the WEA you will enter into
a Learning Agreement with us. This is printed
on your enrolment form. The Student Code of
Conduct together with the Learner
Agreement can be found on our website at:

joint responsibilities for creating a positive
learning environment.
