My name is Lisa Harrison . I am a marketing representative for the Times Tribune and Sentinel Echo newspapers . I am also President of the Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and its Ambassadors Club .

Let me start by saying how proud I am to be a part of an organization that cares about the community and each other . At our monthly luncheons , I look around the room and I see people laughing , shaking hands , hugging one another , and listening to one another . Each business sharing their successes and struggles with one another . As I see all of this , I have a feeling of pride that I am a part of such a great organization and this community . This is great group of volunteers that help with Chamber functions like Ambassador Patrol , monthly membership luncheons , ribbon-cutting ceremonies , and annual events .

As Ambassadors , we conduct an Ambassador Patrol once a month where we visit our chamber members ( without warning )! You never know when your business will be “ Chambered ” by the Ambassador Patrol .
