Stemler Plumbing
Steve and Richard Stemler make up the third generation of ownership of Stemler Plumbing .
Established in 1925 , Stemler Plumbing began with Frank C . Stemler . Frank began the business at 1001 French Street in Jeffersonville . He maintained the business at that location until 1942 when Frank Stemler , Jr . and Ralph Stemler assumed ownership . The business moved to 812 East 10th Street where it continues to operate today under the leadership of Richard Stemler . The business has since expanded to include Stemler Corporation , located on a 2.5-acre plot on the corner of 10th and Penn streets under
the leadership of Steve Stemler .
As with most evolving businesses today , Stemler Plumbing has had to adjust to technological advancements , including lasers , project iPads , scanners and communications . Additional adjustments through the years include the speed at which business is conducted , the cost of goods and the change
