more access to customers by adding more drop-off boxes and secure lockers for pickup, which can be accessed 24 hours a day. “There’s so much with technology now that if we can keep the stores at 40 hours and give 24-hour access, sometimes you can give people better service that way, too,” Brandon said. “Adapt and diversify, and take advantage of technology.” It’s this model — to understand the need for change and be willing to take the steps to make it happen — that has allowed Nu-Yale to grow when other companies didn’t survive those early cultural shifts. “Most of them didn’t change,” Gary said. “We’ve constantly changed.
