Diana said she considers herself
a problem solver, and she admires
Ross's passion for his business and
his attention to detail.
"So I feel like that’s where I’m
really strong in the relationship,
and he’s really strong in thinking
big, dreaming big and doing the big
things — that’s where he’s I think
the strongest and the bravest," Diana
said. "I think that we counterbalance
each other in a lot of ways."
Ross said he is motivated by the
leadership Diana demonstrates in her
business.
"I see her with her team, the way
she talks to people — it’s so calming,
and she is a great, great leader," he
said. "I am so inspired to be a great
leader with my team as much as she
is for hers."
The couple is constantly offering
each other guidance as they operate
their businesses alongside each
other.
"We’re both obsessed — even on
date nights, we talk about work nonstop,
like how can we do this," Ross
said. "We bounce ideas off of each
other, like what do you think about
this, should I go about it this way,
and she’s like what about this way,
and it’s a new perspective."
Together, they give each other
more strength and confidence, Diana
said.
"It’s really hard to try something
new, and it’s really scary to kind of
take the leap, but knowing that we
have each other has made a huge difference
in being able to take bigger
risks, bigger jumps and scarier things
— knowing that we have each other
makes it easier for us," she said.
