A healthier, brighter next genera- tion means a healthier, brighter world. “I keep getting drawn that direc- tion, because a lot of the inner strength comes when you’re young,” she said. “If you don’t learn it, you can’t do it. If one or two kids have a positive attitude mentally and physi- cally, then they are going to spread that everywhere. It’s so addictive, and I just want it to spread everywhere. I just want to influence kids to think really good things about themselves.
